Loving father and husband
Mr. Peter Juodaitis, 79, of Watertown passed away peacefully Sunday, March 6, 2016, after a long illness. He was the beloved husband of Barabara (Trafford) Juodaitis.
Peter was born in Lithuania Feb. 14, 1937. He moved to Waterbury with his mother, Mary, in the late 1940s. Peter loved to attend his grandchildren’s sporting events
Besides his wife, Barbara, of 54 years, he leaves his children: Thomas Juodaitis and his wife, Colleen, of Cheshire; Susan Pope and her husband, Kevin, of Middlebury; and John Juodaitis; and seven grandchildren: MacKenzie, Max and Mia Juodaitis; Will, Spencer and Dean Pope; and Mary Juodaitis.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, March 19, at 11 a.m. at St. John of the Cross Church in Middlebury. There are no calling hours. Chase Parkway Memorial/The Albini Family Funeral Home at 430 Chase Parkway in Waterbury, Conn., has been entrusted with Peter’s arrangements.
