Pomperaug Woods in Soutbury will host its 9th Annual Connecticut Senior Juried Art Show Saturday, Sept. 24, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday, Sept. 25, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Mingle with artists and residents at Pomperaug Woods, Southbury’s only not-for-profit LifeCare retirement community. This one-of-a-kind exhibit showcases the talent, wisdom and exuberance of 144 artists age 70+ from 53 towns across Connecticut. The collection features paintings, drawings, photographs and sculptures inspired by decades of life experience.
