At 6 p.m. Sunday, state officials said there were 327 confirmed COVID-19 cases in Connecticut as of 10 a.m. Sunday, March 22. This compares to 223 the day before at the same time.

The state reports 51 patients were hospitalized, and eight have died. A state public health lab has tested 815 patients, and 97, or 12%, of those tested were positive. Statewide, more than 3,600 tests have been reported.
Cases in Middlebury and abutting towns are: Middlebury – 0, Naugatuck – 0 Oxford – 1, Southbury – 2, Woodbury – 1, Watertown – 0, Waterbury – 3.
Towns with the highest number of cases are Westport with 62, Greenwich with 31, Stamford with 25, Norwalk with 17 and Hartford with 11.
