This is an increase of 6,014 cases over four days. The state daily test positivity rate as of Sunday, January 30, 2022, at 8:30 p.m. was 7.33%, down from 9.73% on Wednesday, January 26, 2022, at 8:30 p.m.
On Sunday at 8:30 p.m., 1,052 COVID-19 patients were hospitalized, a decrease of 219 patients since Wednesday. Through Wednesday, January 26, deaths numbered 9,908, an increase of 225 deaths since January 19. Deaths are reported once a week.
