Budget Referendum

Polls open 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Middlebury residents vote at Shepardson Community Center, 1172 Whittemore Road
The following three questions will be on the ballot:
Question 1: “Shall the 2022-2023 proposed Town of Middlebury Municipal Budget in the amount of $12,255,288 be approved?” ___Yes ___ No
Question 2: “Shall the proposed 2022-2023 Budget of the Pomperaug Regional School District #15 in the amount of $80,338,014 be adopted?” ___Yes ___ No
Question 3: “Shall the Town of Middlebury appropriate $1,284,000 from Revenue Account 01-83-83-4220 and Expenditure Account 01-83-02-6092 for Infrastructure / Capital / Reserves in the General Fund?” ___ Yes ___ No
