The Middlebury Democratic Town Committee (MDTC) will hold its caucus to endorse candidates for positions on the Democratic Town Committee tonight, Tuesday, January 16, at 7:30 p.m. at Shepardson Community Center at 1172 Whittemore Road in Middlebury. MDTC Chairman Curtis Bosco said the caucus will be held even though Tuesday morning has brought light snow. An accumulation of 1 to 3 inches is expected, and the snow is forecast to end by 5 p.m.
The Middlebury Republican Town Committee endorsed candidates for the 21 positions on that committee at its January 9 caucus. The newspaper will report on both caucuses when the results of the MDTC caucus are known.
