Two Middlebury yard displays will be ready to see this weekend, with one starting Friday night and the other starting Saturday night.

Bernstein Family Display
Bradley and Robbie Bernstein invite folks to their third annual Halloween Graveyard at Hilltop Manor at 370 Tucker Hill Road. Entrance is free; please park on the driveway. Nonperishable food donations for the Middlebury Food Bank are welcome, as are pets. Costumes are optional.

Dates and times for visits are Friday, Saturday and Sunday, October 25, 26 and 27, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Closed Monday, October 28. Open Tuesday and Wednesday, October 29 and 30, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Open for trick-or-treaters Thursday, October 31, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.

Hitt Family Display
The Hitt family at 533 Three Mile Hill Road display will be ready for viewing Saturday, October 26, and will be up through Friday, November 8. Lights will be on until 10 p.m. weekdays and a bit later on weekends.

In addition to their yard display, the family will again collect donations. This year, instead of nonperishable donations for the Middlebury Food Bank (because handling those donations is a real challenge), they are asking for cash or check donations on Halloween that will go to three local causes, the Middlebury Food Bank, Brass City Rescue Alliance and Make a Home Foundation. They encourage those who wish to donate nonperishables to do so at the Food Bank in Shepardson Community Center. Don’t miss their display!
