The Southford Park MailChimp Survey is open. The Middlebury Bee-Intelligencer is presenting it as an opportunity for Middlebury residents to anonymously voice their opinions on two issues: 1) Whether or not they favor having Southford Park, a 700,000+ sq. ft. warehouse/distribution center, in Middlebury and 2) Whether or not they favor appealing Judge John L. Cordani’s January 31, 2025, decision that the Middlebury Planning and Zoning and Conservation Commissions’ approvals of the project improperly applied state statute. Questions about the survey can be emailed to mbisubmit@gmail.com with “Southford Park Survey” as the subject line. This survey is scheduled to be open from 8 a.m. March 1, 2025, to 5 p.m. March 14, 2025.
